Friday October 20, 2017 to Sunday October 22, 2017Please print the name of each registrant exactly as you wish it to be printed on the badge. In the column below each name, check the block for each event for which that individual is registering. Indicate a sandwich preference for each Saturday tbox lunch. Registrations must be completed by the deadlines shown below. Registrants will be admitted to the P4M plant sale on Friday in the order that the registration was received. If you would prefer to fill out and print a meeting registration form (fillable PDF) and mail it with a check, click PDF Registration Form.
